Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you have to return a product to us once you have received it you must inform us in writing within 14 days of the delivery date. This can be via letter, email or fax.

The ‘Returns Form’ must be downloaded and returned along with the product.

If the product is simply no longer required we will happily agree to the product being returned as long as it is in its original packaging and fit for re-sale. All delivery costs to return goods that are no longer required must be paid for before collection can be arranged.

If you decide to arrange your own return of the product this is done at your own risk and a refund will not be given if the product arrives damaged, without the original packaging in clean and re-saleable condition.

After 14 days we are unable to accept product back.

If the product is being returned for a manufacturing fault please include as much information as possible regarding the issue in your written communication as we are often able to resolve any problems quickly and simply.


If an item is damaged please contact our customer service team (01623 445003) and they will advise the best course of action.
